Apprentice

Benefits
We work seven and a half hours per day and our core working hours are from 10am until 4pm.
Once you’ve built up experience here, there is also the option to work from home.
Every year we organise a few social events. Theatre, meals, kayaking, charity days, escape rooms & rounders are some of the things we’ve done so far. Karting, Go ape & Henley festival are on the list of things we’d like to organise in the future!
We celebrate our successes as a team and like to go for a meal or drinks once we’ve hit a milestone. We always look forward to the 1st February after the 31st January self assessment tax deadline!
We go shopping most weeks and we’re happy to pick up your favourite snack or drink. Chocolate & pistachios are currently our snacks of choice!
We will match any charitable event donations that you take part in up to a maximum of £200 (e.g. if you raise £300 running the Wokingham Half Marathon, we will top it up by £200 to £500).
28 days holiday (including bank holidays). If you work full time with us, you’ll also get your birthday off.
Once you’ve passed your exams and you’ve been with us for two years, you’ll also have the option to buy back additional holiday days.
We are happy to support our team members with any training that they think will be beneficial for their role. If you are working towards your professional qualification with us, we pay for any study costs that the government doesn’t cover (e.g. transport to lectures, books, exams, courses)
