Before you change your company name, you need to make sure the new name is available by using the following link:
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company-name-availability
If the name you enter isn’t considered to be the same as any other names, it’s free to use!
Form Submission
You need to login to Companies House Webfiling using the following link:
https://ewf.companieshouse.gov.uk
Once you’ve signed into Companies House click on the blue button called “all forms” in the top right hand corner. This will take you a page with a list of forms - you’ll need to click the “change of name” form. The rest should be pretty self explanatory.
