List A (ID)
• Valid passport
• Valid photo-card driving licence (full or provisional)
List B (Address)
• Current council tax demand letter or statement
• HMRC tax assessment or notification letter
• Electricity, water, gas, home phone/internet bill *see below
• Bank statement *see below
• Credit card statement *see below
• Valid paper full UK driving licence
• A document from list A that confirms residential address and has not been used to confirm identity
* document must be less than 3 months old and not downloaded from the internet
